LUSTFORJOY TERMS OF SERVICE

§ 1 General Information and Eligibility

1.1 The internet portal and community on LustForJoy.com is operated by ZOHO Limited. It
allows private members to create and publish personal profiles, stories,
photographs, images, illustrations, comments, and video clips (collectively,
the " User Content"). Thereby published User Content is made
available to other users of the Site for a small fee that is specified by the
content provider him-/herself. ZOHO Limited solely provides the technical and
structural framework of the community and the required data storage to the
content providers. However, ZOHO Limited reserves the right to publish own User
Content.

The content providers are solely responsible for their published User Content. Differing, conflicting, or amendatory terms
and conditions will not become part of this Agreement unless explicitly accepted
by ZOHO Limited in written form.

1.2 Membership on LustForJoy.com and/or in its service ("the Service") is void where
prohibited. This Site is intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years
of age or older or have the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction
and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. Any registration
to the Site by anyone under 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of
these Terms of Service. By registering with the Service or the Site, you represent
and warrant that you are 18 or older or have the applicable age of majority in
your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement,
and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this
Agreement.

§ 2 Proprietary Rights in Site Content; Limited License

2.1 All content on the Site and available through the Service, including designs, text,
graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound
and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the "Site
Content"), are the proprietary property of ZOHO Limited, its members or
its licensors with all rights reserved. No Site Content may be modified,
copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed,
posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part,
without the Company's prior written permission, except that the foregoing does
not apply to the user’s own User Content (as defined above) that he/she legally
posts on the Site.

2.2 Provided that the user is eligible for use of the Site, he/she is granted a limited
license to access and use the Site and the Site Content and to download or
print a copy of any portion of the Site Content to which he/she has properly
gained access solely for his/her personal, non-commercial use, provided that
he/she keeps all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. Except for the
user’s own User Content, he/she may not upload or republish Site Content on any
Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the information in any other
database or compilation, and any other use of the Site Content is strictly
prohibited. Such license is subject to these Terms of Service and does not
include use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction
methods. Any use of the Site or the Site Content other than as specifically
authorized herein, without the prior written permission of ZOHO Limited, is
strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein. Such
unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including copyright and
trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes. Unless
explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms of Service shall be construed
as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel,
implication or otherwise. This license is revocable at any time without notice
and with or without cause.

§ 3 Membership - Premises, Responsibilities and Liabilities of Members and Users

3.1 The Services of LustForJoy.com are exclusively offered to private individuals that are 18 years
of age or older. The consumption of User Content requires a registration as
a member on LustForJoy.com. The relationship between the member and ZOHO
Limited starts with the registration of the user through the corresponding web
form and the acceptance by the Company. Membership is only granted, if the user
affirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.

The submission of User Content requires the registration as an Amateur on the Site. Amateur status
is only granted, if the user passes the age and identity verification system.
Abiding by this Terms of Service, the user agrees on the application of such a
verification system on the Site. The Company has the right to amend this system
in order to comply with changing legislation on the protection of minors
without notification.

3.2 Membership, either as a member or an Amateur, is FREE at all times. There is no claim for
membership on the side of the user. At registration you accept these Terms of
Service and are bound to them.

3.3 The member further agrees to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about himself/herself as may be prompted by
any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data"); (b)
maintain the security of his/her password and identification; (c) maintain and
promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information he/she provides
to the Company, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) be fully
responsible for all use of his/her account and for any actions that take place
using that account. It is the member’s duty to inform the Company instantly of
the misuse of his account.

3.4 The membership is to be regarded as accepted and confirmed by the Company when the user receives an
email notification with the login details and his/her account is
activated.

3.5 The user warrants the accuracy and properness of all data related to the age and/or identity
verification. The member has the responsibility to restrict the access to
his/her account on the Site to minors.

3.6 The violation of these Terms of Services leads to the immediate blocking of access to the user account
through the Company. In addition, ZOHO Limited reserves the right to enforce
claims for damages and hold the violating user liable to recourse. It is up to
the member to attest a minor loss than announced by the Company.

3.7 LustForJoy.com offers three types of memberships. Users can choose between unverified
member status, verified member status, and Amateur status. All memberships are
exclusively offered to adults. The free membership grants access to free and
uncensored User Content and is available to all users who are at least 18 years
old but access to designated adult User Content is limited to verified members
and Amateurs only. A member verifies his/her account by providing valid age
and/or identity proof or by purchasing a coin package (“Joys”) through one of
the Site`s payment systems.

3.8 Purchasing Joys, the
member represents, warrants, and covenants to enter valid payment data and/or
to choose an appropriate payment method out of the options on the Site. In
addition, he/she has to assure that the payment doesn’t result in a chargeback
or fails as a result of the members’ own fault. If the payment fails as a
result of intentionally entered misrepresentations or fraud, ZOHO Limited
reserves the right to block the user account instantly and to take legal
action. However, this doesn’t absolve the member from payment of already
ordered coin packages.

3.9 ZOHO Limited is authorized to withdraw the membership, when the member violates the preceding terms
and conditions from 3.1 to 3.8. The member cannot enforce any claims from this
withdrawal, unless loss or damage is caused due to a gross negligence of duty
by the Company.

3.10 The member has the right to withdraw his/her membership at any time. All personal data stored
about the member will then be instantly removed from the Company’s database. Please also see the Company’s Privacy Policy.

3.11 Login details are for the personal use of the member only and dissemination of them to other parties is
strictly prohibited. The members are fully responsible for all activities
initiated or undertaken on their account, if they have enabled a third party to
gain access to their accounts. This is particularly true for any purchases and
payment transactions made on their account.

3.12 In addition, the user agrees not to use the Service of the Site to:

• harvest or collect email addresses or other contact
information of other users from the Service or the Site by electronic or other
means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited
communications;

• use the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner
or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site;

• use automated scripts to collect information from or
otherwise interact with the Service or the Site;

• upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise
make available any content that will (i) violate, plagiarize or infringe upon
the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, copyright,
trademark, privacy or publicity, moral rights, contract or other personal or
proprietary rights; (ii) contain unlawful material (e.g. child porn and animal
porn); (iii) constitute false or misleading indications of origin or statements
of fact; (iv) slander, libel or defame any person or entity; or (v) cause
injury of any kind to any person or entity; or (vi) violate any applicable
laws, rules, regulations or other governmental regulations; (vii) be deemed to
be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive,
inflammatory, harassing, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights,
hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable by the Company;

• upload profile pictures and/or videos in his/her
Showroom other than those of a personal nature that: (i) show him/her, (ii) are
taken by him/her or friends, (iii) and have not been modified or abstracted
considerably.

• register for more than one User account, register
for a User account on behalf of an individual other than him-/herself, or
register for a User account on behalf of any group or entity;

• impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state
or otherwise misrepresent him-/herself, his/her age or his/her affiliation with
any person or entity;

• upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make
available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations,
promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain
letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;

• upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise
make publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party,
including, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers
and credit card numbers;

• solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or
solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or
unlawful purposes;

• upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make
available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer
code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the
functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications
equipment;

• intimidate or harass another;

• upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise
make available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions
for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would
otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or
international law;

• use or attempt to use another's account, service or system
without authorization from the Company, or create a false identity on the
Service or the Site.

• upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise
make available content that, in the sole judgment of the Company, is
objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or
enjoying the Site, or which may expose the Company or its users to any harm or
liability of any type.

Any infringement and violation of these listed terms and conditions leads to the
immediate blocking of the violating user`s account. In addition, ZOHO Limited
reserves the right to enforce claims for damages and hold the violating user
liable to recourse.

3.13 The user hereby indemnifies, defends and holds ZOHO Limited and its
officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates,
licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties")
harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the
Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by
the user of these Terms of Service or the foregoing representations, warranties
and covenants, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees. The
user shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any
claim.

3.14 Finally, the member warrants to be bound by these Terms of Service and to check them for
updates and amendments on a regular basis.

§ 4 Additional Liabilities of Verified Amateurs

4.1 A user can either register for an Amateur account directly on the corresponding registration form or upgrade his member
account to an Amateur account. In both cases, the user has to submit a proof of
identity that verifies him as an adult. In addition, for Amateur status, the
user has to provide bank details in order to smoothly process the pay-out of
his commissions.

4.2 Hereby, the Amateur warrants the accuracy and properness of all data related to bank details and
the age and/or identity verification.

4.3 Verified Amateurs have the possibility to charge fees for their published User Content and will get a corresponding
commission for theirs sales. Before publishing new User Content, the Amateur
warrants that he/she will check the latest version of these Terms of Service,
in particular the section on commissions (please see below).

4.4 It is strictly prohibited to publish and make available any content that will (i) violate,
plagiarize or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including, without
limitation, copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity, moral rights, contract
or other personal or proprietary rights; (ii) contain unlawful material (e.g.
sexual practices with children, minors, wards and animals); (iii) constitute
false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact; (iv) slander,
libel or defame any person or entity; or (v) cause injury of any kind to any
person or entity; or (vi) violate any applicable laws, rules, regulations or
other governmental regulations; (vii) be deemed to be harmful, threatening,
unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, fraudulent,
invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or
otherwise objectionable by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to bring legal action against an Amateur who is causing injury to or
interfering with these regulations.

4.5 The Amateur is only allowed to publish User Content on the Site, on which all actors are ostensibly participating on a
voluntary basis in sexual or other similar shown acts.

4.6 The Amateur is not allowed to publish the same User Content more than one time simultaneously on the Site. A repeated
violation will result in the holdback of commissions by the Company.

4.7 ZOHO Limited reserves the right to check and inspect the uploaded User Content and in case of violation of this
Terms of Service deny their publication on or remove it from the Site.
Therefore no consent of the content provider is needed.

In case of a severe infringement of these Terms of Service, the Company additionally reserves the right to
remove all User Content and delete the account of the violating Amateur.

4.8
The Amateur understands and agrees that his/her User Content may be
used for, but not limited to, promotional materials such as
banners and/or Half Sized Ads.

4.9 If ZOHO Limited has a reason to suspect infringement on these Terms of Service;
the Company can demand evidence proofing the opposite of the material in
question. The Company must receive this proof in original document form in no
more than 7 working days after the document request. If there will be no
evidence received within the specified deadline, the content in question will
be immediately removed from the LustForJoy.com web site.

4.10 If said Amateur has failed to provide the required documents before the 7 day
deadline, ZOHO Limited may undertake the following:

• provide the name, address and further information from said Amateur to the responsible
authorities;

• demand compensation from said Amateur for
accrued costs and damages;

• immediate cancellation of all relations with
said Amateur;

• suspension of all pending payments to said
Amateur.

§ 5 Commission

5.1 Amateurs receive basically the following commissions of the revenues generated
from the sales of their User Content (“Net Income”):

0 – 50 sold items: 25 percent of gross revenues,

51 – 100 sold items: 27 percent of gross revenues,

> 100 sold items: 30 percent of gross revenues.

From time to time, there are special promotions which offer higher income rates to the Amateurs. In this case, they will be
notified by a corresponding message, if notifications are not disabled. The Amateur,
within certain limits, is allowed to set the price for his/her own videos,
pictures and erotic stories. The Amateur also receives commissions for private
messages sent and/or received over the LustForJoy message system (50 percent of
gross message revenues). In oder to receive commissions for messages
over the LustForJoy platform, the Amateur must modify his/her settings under Edit
Account / E-Mail Settings. Members, that haven’t upgraded their account to
Amateur Status, can set a price for messages, too, but don’t receive a
commission. In this case, the price for messages serves as a spam filter only.

5.2 Commission is based solely on statistics generated by LustForJoy. These statistics reflect
gross income.

5.3 The Company maintains no accountability neither for the availability nor the
accuracy of the above mentioned statistics.

5.4 Payment will follow within 2 weeks after the payout has been requested by the amateur.

5.5 ZOHO Limited retains the right to hold back indefinite payments to those Amateurs
who have disregarded or breached the regulations of the LustForJoy platform.

5.6 It is the Amateur's duty to report all income from LustForJoy to their local tax
revenue service (such as the IRS) and to pay taxes on this income accordingly.
It is further the Amateur's duty to inform the Company of changes to their
personal data such as an address change, new e-mail or new bank account.

5.7 Payment will be made when the Minimum payout, based on Net Income, of 25,00 EUR has
been reached. Income will be accumulated till the minimum payout has been
reached.

§ 6 Duties and Responsibilities of ZOHO Limited

ZOHO Limited as the operator of the Site LustForJoy.com has the
responsibility, in the case of notice of any unlawful action, to report
personal information and data in compliance with with legal clauses to
local authorities for purposes of law enforcement and criminal
prosecution. In the event of the legal necessity of revision of
objectionable content and action, ZOHO Limited has to comply with the
corresponding legal provisions.

§ 7 User Content and User Submissions

7.1 By posting User Content to the Site, the Amateur authorizes ZOHO Limited to make
copies thereof as deemed necessary in order to facilitate the posting and
storage of the User Content on the Site. By posting User Content to any part of
the Site, the Amateur further automatically grants, and represents and warrants
that he/she has the right to grant to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual,
non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to
sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate,
excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such User Content for any purpose,
commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on or in connection with the Site or the
promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other
works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the
foregoing. The Amateur may remove his/her User Content from the Site at any
time. If he/she chooses to remove his/her User Content, the license granted
above will automatically expire, however he/she acknowledges that the Company
retains purchased User Content in order to provide it to the buyers on the
Site. ZOHO Limited does not assert any ownership over the User Content; rather,
as between the Company and the members, subject to the rights granted to the
Company in these Terms, the member retains full ownership of all of his/her
User Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights
associated with that User Content.

7.2 The content provider warrants and represents to possess the full proprietary rights
over the posted content, that all acting individuals have consented to the
publication and asserts that no copyrights are violated by the publication of
the content on the Site. The member has to bear all costs emanating from
copyright violations by his/her content.

7.3 The content provider indemnifies, defends and holds ZOHO Limited and the
Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any and all liability and costs
incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of
any breach by the member of property rights, license agreements, competition
regulations, personal or other trademark rights, including, without limitation,
reasonable attorneys' fees.

7.4 The member agrees that any information, feedback, questions, comments and/or
submissions provided to LustForJoy in connection with any Site or Service
("Submissions") to the Site,
including the public groups and discussions, will be deemed to be provided to the
Company on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis and will become and remain
the Company’s property. The Company shall have no obligations of any kind with
respect to any Submissions and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and/or
distribute any Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation. The member also agrees that the Company shall
be free to use any ideas, concepts or techniques embodied in the Submissions
for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing,
manufacturing, and marketing products or services incorporating such ideas,
concepts, or techniques. In addition, the member hereby waives all moral rights
that he/she may have in any materials uploaded or sent to the Site by him/her.

7.5 This Site may make available peer groups, discussion threads, chat rooms, forums,
message boards, and/or news groups to its members ("Public
Forum(s)"). The member shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise
publish through a Public Forum any content which is libelous, defamatory,
profane, abusive or which otherwise violates any law, rule or regulation. The
member is kindly advised to use his/her best judgment and be respectful of
other individuals using the Public Forums. He/she agrees not to use abusive or
hateful language. Public Forums within the Site and the Services available
therein are provided to give the members an interesting and stimulating forum
in which they may express opinions and share ideas. ZOHO Limited does not
endorse the opinions placed on these Public Forums. The member acknowledges that
any Submissions may be reproduced, published, transmitted and displayed by ZOHO
Limited in any manner, pursuant to Section 7.4, above.

7.6 The Public Forums shall be used by the member only in a noncommercial manner. The
member shall not, without the express approval of ZOHO Limited, use the Public
Forums to distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any
solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services or to
promote Web sites or online services that are competitive with ZOHO Limited and
the Service. The member agrees that he/she will not submit any ideas for
stories, features, designs, scripts, merchandise or publication of any type.

7.7 While the Company does not and cannot review every message posted by members in the
Public Forums and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, ZOHO
Limited reserves the right to delete, move or edit messages that the Company,
in its sole discretion, deems are in violation of the law (including trademark
and copyright law), or these Terms of Service, or are abusive, defamatory or
otherwise unacceptable. The member shall remain solely responsible for the
content of his/her messages.

7.8 If a member believes that the content of any Submission provided by him/her, or
any User Content appearing on a Site, has been used on a Site in a manner that
constitutes copyright infringement, he/she can provide ZOHO Limited with a
written notice (email to copyright@lustforjoy.com
is sufficient) that includes the following information:

• an electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the
owner of the exclusive right that is
allegedly infringed

• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

• a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on
the Site

• the member’s address, telephone number, and e-mail address

• a statement by the member that he/she has a good faith belief that the disputed
use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

• a statement by the member, under penalty of perjury, that the information in
his/her notice is accurate and that he/she is the copyright owner or authorized
to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

§ 8 Access and Availability of Services and Links

The Sites may contain links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources and sponsors of ZOHO Limited.
Selection of an ad banner or link will redirect the member off of a ZOHO
Limited Site to a third party Web site. Interactions that occur between a member
and the third party are strictly between him/her and such third parties and are
not the responsibility of ZOHO Limited. The Company is not responsible for
examining or evaluating, and does not warrant the offerings of, any of these
businesses or individuals or the content of their Web sites. ZOHO Limited does
not assume any liability or responsibility for the actions, product,
availability or content of these outside resources. The member should direct
any concerns regarding any external link to the site administrator or Webmaster
of the third party Web site.

§ 9 Representations and Warranties

9.1 ZOHO Limited neither represents nor endorses the accuracy or reliability of any
advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed
through the Sites or the Service by any user, information provider or any other
person or entity. THE SITES, THE SERVICE AND ANY MATERIALS PROVIDED BY ZOHO
LIMITED OR THIRD PARTIES THROUGH ANY OF THE SITES AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED
"AS IS." ZOHO LIMITED MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO
THE MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, TITLE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, CONDITION, GUARANTY, OR REPRESENTATION,
WHETHER ORAL, IN WRITING OR IN ELECTRONIC FORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH ANY OF
THE SITES OR THE SERVICE. ZOHO LIMITED DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE USERS’
ACCESS TO OR USE OF ANY OF THE SITES OR THE SERVICES AVAILABLE THEREON WILL BE
CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE AND MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE
RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.2 The user hereby acknowledges that the use of any Site and the Services available
thereon is at his/her sole risk.

§ 10 Limitation of Liabilities

10.1 NEITHER ZOHO LIMITED NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING
THE SITES OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO THE USER OR ANY THIRD PARTIES
FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY
DAMAGE OR LOSS INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY OF
THE SITES, THE SERVICES THEREON, OR ANY OF THE MATERIALS PROVIDED BY ZOHO
LIMITED OR THIRD PARTIES THROUGH ANY OF THE SITES OR THE SERVICES THEREON, OR
ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS INTERRUPTIONS, DELETIONS OF FILES, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS
IN PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE CLAIM AS TO THE NATURE OF THE
CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ZOHO LIMITED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGE OR LOSS. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions
shall only apply to the extent permissible under applicable law.

10.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ZOHO LIMITED'S AGGREGATE
LIABILITY, AND THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ITS LICENSORS, TO THE USER OR ANY
THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

§ 11 System Integrity

The user may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any
Site or any transaction conducted on such Site. He/she may not take any action,
which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site’s
infrastructure. He/she may not disclose or share his/her password with any
third parties or use his/her password for any unauthorized service.

§ 12 Termination

12.1 ZOHO Limited may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend the user’s access or
refuse service at any time, without notice, to all or part of any of the Sites
or Service for any or no reason, including, without limitation, breach of these
Terms of Service or the repeated infringement of copyrights owned by third
parties.

12.2 ZOHO Limited, including, without limitation, its authorized agents and employees may
terminate the user’s use of any of the Sites without notice in the event that
he/she breaches any obligation in these Terms of Service, including but not
limited to, (i) restricting, inhibiting or disrupting any LustForJoy event or
(ii) attempting to alter or improperly access any feature or function of any of
the Sites. The users’ access may also be subject to termination if he/she posts
or transmits any illegal content; harasses or threatens any user of any Site or
any LustForJoy employee; posts content (including, but not limited to, the
creation of a username) that is offensive or otherwise disruptive of Site
activities; posts unsolicited advertising; or improperly impersonates a
LustForJoy employee or other individual.

§ 13 Miscellaneous

13.1 This website and its services are owned and operated by ZOHO Limited, officially

13.2 These Terms of Service have been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance
with Belize law without regard to any conflict of law provisions. ZOHO Limited
makes no representation that the Content on the Sites is appropriate for access
outside of Belize. Those who choose to access the Sites from outside Belize do
so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. The
user agrees that any action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the courts
located in Belize City, Belize.

13.3 These Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced in this
Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the users and ZOHO Limited
with respect to their access and use of the Sites and Services and supersede
all prior or contemporaneous agreements (whether oral, written or electronic)
between the user and ZOHO Limited with respect to the Sites or Services. If any
of the provisions of this Agreement are determined to be invalid or
unenforceable, then each invalid or unenforceable provision will be construed
in a manner consistent with applicable laws to reflect, as nearly as possible,
the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect. ZOHO Limited may assign these Terms of Service
(i) to any of its affiliates, (ii) to the surviving entity in the event of a
merger, acquisition, or the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of
ZOHO Limited or (iii) in connection with the sale of any of the Sites or the
business unit associated with the Sites.
